Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

XLR Industries will accept returns on new/unused items within 30 days of purchase. A new/unused item is free of scratches and wear and can be resold "as is." Items that we deem damaged or used will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Evolution HD and BMG are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. If you have any questions concerning this policy, please call (970) 241-1807 for additional  information. 

Products with manufacturer defects fall under our warranty policy.

For Returns and Exchanges of items purchased directly from XLR Industries:

  1. Please photograph your item, especially any areas of damage or scratching.
  2. Please e-mail info@xlrindustries.com with your photos and request a refund or item exchange and we will issue an RMA number and Return Authorization Form. XLR Industries reserves the right to refuse items returned without authorization. For exchanges or warranty issues a current return address must be included.
  3. Mail your returned item to:

  1. Include in your package the completed RMA form.

Merchandise that has been used or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange.

The return must include any and all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are custom figured products, used products, special orders, and products sold "as is".

XLR Industries will NOT refund purchases made through any other retail outlet or distribution channel.

If there is a manufacturing defect, or there is an error on our part in the processing of your order, such as; you received the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label and work with you to correct the problem in a timely manner.

For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend insuring your return package for the original purchase amount, and that you use a delivery-confirmation service. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
