This week we are featuring Jessie Scribner's rifle, built to get him started competing in precision shooting matches. Jessie's rifle features an XLR Element Chassis and an XLR Tactical Buttstock. His chassis holds a Savage Model 10 action and an X-Caliber 24" barrel chambered in 6.5 creedmoor. Sporting a Vortex Razor Gen2 optic, Area 419 Hellfire Brake, Sawtooth Rifles Arca Rail, Atlas Bipod, and American Rifle Company Scope Rings. What an amazing setup to get him started shooting precision matches! This is what Jessie has to say about his new rifle build;
"This is my 1st year competing, I have always shot a lot of rifles but am just now deciding to get into the competition world. The people I have met have been fantastic, I have made a ton of new friends. I shot the JC steel match and was plagued by a bad barrel. After that match I installed the X caliber and then shot the Kettle Falls team challenge, that was the 1st match my partner and I had shot together, we did pretty well overall and finished 15th. The XLR chassis has been a great setup and a great chassis for my 'budget build' to get me started in the competition world."
We look forward to seeing the success Jessie has with his new rifle as he puts more rounds down range and gets used to shooting more matches. Good luck Jessie!

This week we are featuring Clayton Abbott's rifle build utilizing our Element chassis and Tactical Lite Buttstock. He put together an amazing rifle and this is what Clayton had to say about his experience with our products;
"Just wanted to express my satisfaction with your products. I ordered the Element for my Remington 700, along with your 20 MOA Short Action scope base. The tolerances and fit of the scope base were perfect and required no bedding. I love the ease of adjustability with the buttstock. I couldn’t be happier with your products. Just a few minutes with a torque wrench and your included instructions made installation a breeze. Can’t wait to start another build and try out the Envy!"
Here are detailed specs on Clayton's build;
Action: Remington 700 short action (.308)
Barrel: Rock Creek 24 in 1:10 twist
Chassis: XLR Element w/ TacLite Buttstock
Trigger: TriggerTech Special
Muzzle Brake: APA Gen 2 Little Bastard
Optic: Steiner Military 3-12x50
Rings: Seekins
Bipod: Harris 6-9 S-BRM
This weeks pic features Lee Eldridge's beautiful left handed XLR Envy Chassis, built by John Scandale of Keystone Accuracy. This rifle is outfitted with a Defiance Deviant Tactical (Lefty) action, chambered in Texas 6.5 Creedmoor. A Jewell Trigger system, 28" Bartlein Med Palma 7.5t barrel, and up top a Vortex Razor 2 optic.
Lee shot this rifle at the PRS 2018 Lone Survivor match and placed 10th, which was only his third PRS match to enter! We are excited to hear about his future matches with this amazing set up!
From Lee, "One thing I modified on it was adding lead in the cavities of the fore end towards the very front. It helped dampen it and give it a "dead" feel under recoil. I also gave it a brushed bronze finish to make it stand out a bit. Other than that, the ergonomics are about perfect!" Lee Eldridge.
